Solutions............its what we do and always have done!
When we opened our doors in 1993, we knew we didn't want to be like others who claim to analyze data and find nuggets of opportunity. We wanted to be different, we wanted to find and implement practical solutions that business people could understand and use in a very practical manner.
Our initial solutions focused on stemming customer attrition, using predictive models, decision support tools for the marketers and campaign strategies to improve retention. We discovered that marketers were delighted to understand how our tools were developed and how they would work for their specific needs. DataCo's approach was a major departure from the data analysts that typically delivered stacks of statistical charts with little or no interpretation.
Since those initial successes in the financial services industry, DataCo has expanded our expertise to many industries and across all phases of the customer life cycle. We also believe in integrating qualitative research and quant survey results with our data analytics to produce a more robust and meaningful solution. Our methodologies and solutions have also been adapted for operational and/or employee acquisition and retention programs.
