When we started this company in 1993, we knew we didn't want to produce reams of data that would be relegated to the filing cabinet. Instead, we came up with a novel idea in the data-analytics field - actively collaborate with clients so we can better understand their marketing goals. Guess what? It worked.
Because we are in frequent discussion with clients, our analyses are relevant. Clients quickly came to trust that every assignment would result in a plan that would be actionable and insightful, not just something to read and file away.
